The power liquid is injected into the hydraulic jet pump from the inner and outer annular tubes to be mixed with the stratum liquid to form the mixed solution, then, the mixed solution is drained out of the ground from the inner tube, and the purpose of oil exploitation is achieved; on the condition that the oil well sand production rate is low and the liquid production capacity is high, the flow of the mixed solution is increased, the oil production amount of the system is increased, and therefore the pump efficiency isimproved.
