In daytime, according to the system, a photothermal and opto-cooling solar converting device is usedfor collecting solar energy to provide heat for a generator; meanwhile, adsorbate and an adsorbing agent in the device are desorbed; at night, the adsorbing agent in the device absorbs the adsorbate,the adsorbing heat generated in the adsorbing process can provide heat for night running of the generator; and meanwhile, the cold energy is generated in the evaporating process of adsorbate liquid, and the cold energy can cool a condenser and an absorber. The photothermal and opto-cooling solar converting device comprises a shell, a closed cavity, a condensing lens, an inner pipeline, an adsorbing agent, a liquid collecting cavity, a wall surface and other elements. A closed liquid collecting cavity is formed between the wall surface and the condensing lens; the inner pipeline penetrates thecenter of the liquid collecting cavity; the closed cavity is formed between the wall surface and the shell, and is communicated with the outside through a pipeline; and the adsorbing agent is fixed tothe outer surface of the inner pipe. By means of the device, the two-stage utilizing of solar refrigerating and heating is achieved, night running of an absorbing type refrigerating system in a modewithout an assisting heat source is achieved, and the solar utilizing rate is increased.
