Abstract

The invention relates to an asphalt mixture fatigue loading device capable of simulating the sudden change of ambient temperature. The device comprises an environmental box and a test piece bearing plate which is arranged in the environmental box and can slide back and forth along the horizontal direction, wherein the environmental box is divided into a high-temperature environmental box and a lower-temperature environmental box by means of a thermal insulation board; the high-temperature environmental box and the lower-temperature environmental box are separately provided with a loading wheelwhich can apply pressure toon a test piece to be tested and can slide back and forth along the horizontal direction; the loading wheels are positioned above the test piece bearing plate and are connected with a first power device respectively by means of a force transmission rod; the thermal insulation board can be rotated to a state that the bottoms of the thermal insulation board is loading wheels and at the position higher than the test piece bearing plate; the high-temperature environmental box is internally provided with a heating device, and the lower-temperature environmental box is internally provided with a refrigerating system; temperature sensors are respectively installed in the high-temperature environmental box and the lower-temperature environmental box; each force transmission rod is provided with a displacement sensor and a pressure sensor; the temperature sensors, the displacement sensors and the pressure sensors are separately connected with a control panel.
