Before a specific scheduling plan for the trolleys is formed, first a parcel delivery point with many trolleys is filtered, then a concept of an exclusion factor is introduced, the exclusion factor hasa positive correlation with a travel distance in a trolley return process and a number of trolleys in a parcel delivery point, and a scheduling plan with a small exclusion factor is searched preferentially in searching a scheduling plan.
