The system comprises an ice making device, an aging device and a washing device; the ice making device comprises an ice maker, and the inner part is provided with a surface scraping type heat exchanger, in order to prepare primary ice slurry; the aging device comprises an aging machine, the aging machine and a top opening of the ice making machine are communicated, wherein a screw is provided for pushing the aged primary ice slurry to the washing device during rotation; the washing devicecomprises a washer, an ice shaver and a secondary ice slurry circulating device; the washing device is a cylindrical form cylindrical shell which is vertically arranged with an upper opening, a porouspiston with up-and-down motion is arranged in the device, in order to produce an ice crystal accumulation bed by compacting; the ice shaver is used for cutting the upper end of the ice crystal accumulation bed into ice crystal fragments; the secondary ice slurry circulating device is used for mixing ice crystal fragments and washing water into secondary ice slurry and circulating the secondary ice slurry to a secondary ice slurry storing tank. A corresponding method is utilization of the system for carrying out continuous freeze condensation.
