Problems solved by technology

The conventional two-dimensional J-spectrum is still based on the traditional two-dimensional sampling, that is, the evolution of the indirect-dimensional J-coupled signal needs to be obtained by accumulating multiple step sampling, so its sampling efficiency is greatly reduced compared with the one-dimensional spectral method

Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0022] The instrument used in this embodiment is a Varian 500MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, and the sample is a 10 times brain model solution. The pulse sequence used is as figure 1 shown. The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0023] Step 1, sample loading

[0024] There is no need to perform pretreatment and shimming operations on the brain model solution sample, directly put it into a standard NMR test tube, and put the loaded test tube into the magnet cavity of the NMR spectrometer.

[0025] Step 2, Load Sequence

[0026] Import the pulse sequence compiled by the method proposed in the present invention on the operating table of the NMR spectrometer, and open the intermolecular two-quantum indirect dimension time-delay evolution module and the J-decomposition sampling module of this pulse sequence.

[0027] Step 3, paramet...

Abstract

Provided is a fast two-dimensional J spectrum method applied to a non-uniform magnetic field. By using the characteristic that intermolecular double-quantum coherence signals are immune for non-uniformity of the field, the two-dimensional J spectrum method combining an intermolecular double-quantum indirect dimensional delayed evolution module and a J resolution sampling module is designed, wherein a high-resolution two-dimensional J spectrum can be obtained in the non-uniform filed through fast sampling. According to the intermolecular double-quantum indirect dimensional delayed evolution module, a pair of regression linear selection gradients with the strength radio of 1:(-2) are used for selecting the needed intermolecular double-quantum coherence signals, an complete indirect dimensional evolution period t1 is divided into t1 / 3 and 2t1 / 3, and finally, chemical shift evolution information immune for non-uniform filed interference of the field is obtained. The J resolution sampling module is composed of a sampling period t2 and a nonselective pi pulse, and repeated for 2N times, and J coupling evolution information immune for the non-uniform interference of the field can be fastobtained through once scanning. Finally, through specific data fitting treatment, the high-resolution two-dimensional J spectrum is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy detection method, in particular to a fast two-dimensional J spectrum method applied to an inhomogeneous magnetic field. Background technique [0002] NMR spectroscopy is a powerful tool for detecting the chemical composition and molecular structure of substances. It can provide molecular-level information such as chemical shifts, J coupling constants, and splitting modes. These information have important practical implications for the determination and assignment of biological metabolites. significance. Because of these advantages, NMR spectroscopy is widely used in biology, chemistry, materials and many other fields. One-dimensional NMR spectroscopy is widely used in chemical sample composition analysis and molecular structure identification because of its simple operation and high sampling efficiency. Because there are often a large number of metabolites in biological tissue samples...
