Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of measurement of surface potentials of insulation materials, in particular to an automatic measurement device, system and method of thermal stimulation surface potentials. In the automatic measurement device, a self-programming tri-axial controller is used for carrying out control so as to allow a stepping motor to drive an electrostatic capacitor probe to carry out three-dimensional movement. By use of a host, through software programming, the electrostatic capacitor probe is enabled to measure load disappearing process of multiple points in realtime, and recording position information and real-time data of electric potentials. By carrying out voltage increasing on a sample through an electrode, a load injection process of a basin-type insulator is simulated. By using a temperature control module to control a heating film, the temperature value of the sample is precisely controlled to be kept at 20-60 DEG C. Though a rotation motor installed under an insulation base, after finishing the voltage increasing of the sample, through programming of the host, the sample is precisely rotated to a test end. All types of gases can be charged into an experiment cavity body, load disappearing characteristics of insulation material surfaces under different gas component and air pressure grades are test.
