The method comprises the steps of selecting purple-black leaf rice as parent A, selecting rice with purple-black chaffs and seed coats as parent B, and mating parent A with parent B to obtain F1 seeds; planting single cross F1 seeds and backcrossing with the parent A to obtain BC1F1 seeds; planting BC1F1 seeds; using anther culture to construct a double haploid population and harvesting seeds according to per plant; planting DH1 seeds, and selecting strains with purple-black leaves, chaffs and seed coats; planting DH2 toDH3 seeds, selecting good rice varieties with a japonica rice and rice blast comprehensive resistance index of less than grade 9; planting DH4 seeds, selecting case-hardened rice with purple-black leaves, chaffs and seed coats and a rice blast comprehensive resistance index of less than grade 9, and obtaining the purple-black special rice.
