The freezing device comprises a refrigerating device and a tank body, wherein a tank cap is arranged at the upper end of the tank body, a base is mounted at the bottom part of the tank body, a side edge of the base is fixedly connected with a support column, a support plate is arranged on the support column, an air cylinder is mounted at the lower end of the support plate, the lower end of a main shaft of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the top part of the tank cap, the refrigeratingdevice is mounted on the side wall of the tank body and a refrigerating pipe corresponding to the refrigerating device is mounted in the tank body. According to the freezing device, assemblies such as the air cylinder are additionally arranged on the support column to form a lifting mechanism to be connected with the tank cap, so the uncapping speed is high, the tank cap is prevented from fallingback and a material basket under the tank cap is convenient to take out; a freezing mechanism is additionally arranged and matches with a suction pump for performing vacuum extraction, so the organicfruits and vegetables are frozen at quite low temperatures; and then moisture in the fruits and vegetables directly sublimates to gas without liquidation under vacuum extracted by the suction pump, so most of the moisture is removed from the fruits and vegetables and the fruits and vegetables are convenient to preserve.
