The dry heating prevention method comprises the following steps that a temperature sensing part is used for detecting the temperature of the surface of a heating element and then transfers a temperature signal to a control unit, and the control unit calculates a temperature change rate of the surface of the heating element by two or more temperature spots so as to judge the working state of the heating element. Compared with the traditional method for judging the working state of the heating element by a single-spot temperature, the dry heating power-off time is not affected by the response delay of a temperature controller or a temperature sensor, so that the dry heating prevention method of a liquid heating device is more accurate in temperature control and can effectively prevent the heating element from being in a dry heating state for a long time. In addition, the temperature sensing part such as a thermistor or a thermocouple is used for directly detecting the temperature of the surface of the heating element so that the temperature sensing is fast and sensitive; and compared with the traditional metal temperature-sensing piece, the response delay time is greatly reduced so as to prevent the temperature of the heating element from being over-high and prolong the service life of the heating element.

The invention discloses injectable high-strength and temperature-sensitive modified chitin-based hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The gel is characterized in that a temperature-sensitive chitin derivative is dissolved into a water system at low temperature and a crosslinking agent or a photoinitiator is introduced to form an injectable hydrogel precursor solution with good flowability; after the injectable hydrogel precursor solution is injected into a body, the injectable high-strength hydrogel is formed through spontaneous chemical crosslinking or light illumination crosslinking under physiological conditions. The hydrogel disclosed by the invention has abundant precursor material sources and is easy to prepare; the photoinitiator or the crosslinking agent, which has relatively good solubility and very low toxicity in water, is used. The temperature-sensitive chitin derivative is utilized and can be physically cross-linked and molded under the physiological conditions and is further subjected to chemical crosslinking or photocrosslinking to prepare the injectable high-strength hydrogel and the injectable high-strength hydrogel does not need to besubjected to any post-treatment. Furthermore, the hydrogel has biodegradability and can be widely used for fields including biomedical materials, tissue engineering technologies and the like.

PNIPAM / PVA thermosensitive hydrogel prepared with a free radical polymerization method is used as a reducing medium, and silver nanoparticles are reduced in a network structure of the hydrogel; the finally prepared material is used as the substrate of SERS and soaked in crystal violet probe molecular solutions with different concentrations for a certain time; then the substrate material with probe molecules adsorbed on the surface is taken out, placed on a slide for airing and used for Raman detection. The hydrogel in the gel is used as a dispersion stabilizer and can play a role in support protection for electromagnetically enhanced nano-silver particles; when the gel is adopted as the substrate for detecting crystal violet at the room temperature, the detection limit can reach 10<-9> orders of magnitude, and the fact that the intensity of a Raman signal varies with temperature is also found. The disclosed SERS substrate adopts simple preparation method and is good in temperature response and has broad application prospect in fields of food additives, pesticide detection, sensing and the like.

Preparation method for temperature-sensitive hydrogel/silver nanocomposite

The invention discloses a preparation method for a temperature-sensitive hydrogel/silver nanocomposite. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: (1) dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid solution to prepare a solution with a concentration of 1 to 10%, preparing an aqueous reactant solution from a temperature-sensitive monomer and a chemical cross-linking agent and adding the aqueous reactant solution into the above-mentioned solution; (2) adding an aqueous initiator solution into the aqueous reactant solution, introducing nitrogen for protection, heating to a temperature of 50 to 80 DEG C, carrying out a reaction for 6 to 12 h under the condition of uniform-speed stirring and carrying out washing and drying so as to obtain a temperature-sensitive chitosan hydrogel; and (3) subjecting the dried hydrogel to full swelling in distilled water for 1 to 3 d, adding a silver salt, adding a reducing agent for a reaction for 2 to 5 h and carrying out purifying and drying so as to obtain the hydrogel/silver nanocomposite. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and mild reaction conditions. The hydrogel/silver nanocomposite prepared in the invention has stable physical and chemical performances and temperature sensitivity.
