The normally open electromagnetic valve comprises a valve core, wherein the valve core is used for opening and closing a valve port; an electromagnetic part and a return spring are connected with the valve core; the electromagnetic part is used for driving the valve core to close the valve port; the return spring is used for keeping the valve core at a working position for valve opening, and comprises a first spring body and a second spring body; the elastic force of the second spring is greater than that of the first spring; the ends, far away from the valve port, of the first spring body and the second spring body serve as acting ends for valve closing; and in the valve closing direction; the acting end of the first spring body is positioned before that of the second springbody, so that after being pushed by the electromagnetic part to compress the first spring body by a preset amount, the valve core is propped against the second spring body during the valve closing process. By adoption of the above structural form, both the valve opening performance and the valve closing reliability can be effectively considered; the relatively great valve opening retention force can be achieved; and the demand for a large circulation amount can be met.
