The system comprises a single-chip microcomputer controller, an ultrasonic transceiver, a sound control alarm mechanism, a display mechanism, a brake apparatus and a temperature sensor. The ultrasonic transceiver is used for transmitting ultrasonic and feeding back the returned signal to the single-chip microcomputer controller; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the current temperature value; the single-chip microcomputer controller is used for calculating the distance between a vehicle and an obstacle, and when the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value, sending an alarm instruction to the sound control alarm mechanism and sending a brake instruction to the brake apparatus of the vehicle; the sound control alarm mechanism is used for receiving the alarm instruction sent by the single-chip microcomputer controller and sending an alarm signal; and the display mechanism is used for displaying the distance sent by the single-chip microcomputer controller, current temperature in and outside the vehicle, and current speed of the vehicle.
