Washing water and clean water from the washing water outputting line and the clean water supplementline between a filler one-way valve and a filler storage tank are input into the filler dilution line, and the filler is diluted at the position and then is output into the filler storage tank. The washing water of the paper making coating filter is recovered and then is used for the filler preparation system.
