Abstract

The embodiment of the application discloses an NAND Flash control method and device and an SSD (Solid State Drive). The method includes: determining an initial command template table of NAND Flash reading / writing instructions, wherein different templates in the command template table correspond to different command types, initial addresses and particle information; calling a corresponding commandtemplate in the command template table according to an initial address parameter in acquired instruction information; and configuring key information of the instruction information into the command template to complete an instruction operation. The command templates corresponding to different reading / writing instruction information are configured in the command template table, when acquired reading or writing instructions need to be executed, corresponding command templates in the command template table are matched according to initial address parameters of the different instructions, the problem that initial parameters need to be repeatedly configured to execute different instructions is avoided, an occupancy rate of a CPU is decreased, and efficiency of NAND Flash reading / writing operations is improved.
