Abstract

The invention relates to a cutting method of a strip-shaped abrasive green body. A strip-shaped material is cut through roller rotary cutting. The cutting method comprises the specific steps that (1)an outer barrel and an inner shaft of a roller rotate in opposite directions; (2) the outer barrel of the roller is provided with four guide strips, the guide strips welded on the outer barrel in a small-angle screw manner, and when the outer barrel rotates, a material is conveyed to a discharge opening through the guide strips; (3) four cutting blades are arranged on a central shaft, when the central shaft rotates, the material is driven, and the material is cut through relative motion between the blades and the guide strips; and (4) the cutting length of the material can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the outer barrel and the inner shaft. The method is used for cutting the long strip-shaped abrasive green body, and the cut green body is adopted as a sintered corundum abrasive after sintering; and through adoption of the method, the problem that a double-roller strip cutting effect is poor can be effectively solved, the utilization effect is good, and production efficiency is high.
