An air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe are arranged at the two ends of the axis of the barrel correspondingly. The barrel comprises a shell and a fixing body. A plurality of cylindrical holes are formed in the fixing body, and magnetic cones are arranged in the cylindrical holes. The magnetic cones are composed of cylindrical permanent magnets and first conical magnetorheological fluid which is covered onto the permanent magnets after magnetization. The barrel is internally divided into a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity through a left partition plate and a right partition plate in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the barrel.
