The first roadside unit includes a first roadside data processor, and a first wireless network card, a first roadside V2X communicator and a stop line GPS positionmemory which are connected with the first roadside data processor. The vehicle-borne unit includes a vehicle-borne data processor, and a GPS locator, a vehicle-borne V2X communicator and a vehicle preset position memory which are connected with the vehicle-borne data processor. The red light signal detector is connected with the traffic signal light at the intersection. The red light signal detector is connected with the first roadside data processor. The first wireless network card is wirelessly connected with the backstage server. The first roadside V2X communicator is wirelessly connectedwith the vehicle-borne V2X communicator. Compared with the prior art, the traffic management system has the advantages as follows: the accuracy of traffic supervision is improved; resources are saved;and the functional expansibility is strong.
