Problems solved by technology

Most of the cables are erected in the air or installed underground or underwater for telecommunications or power transmission; some existing cables have large current flux and high voltage, so they generate a lot of heat for a long time, which is easy to fatigue the cable structure and packaging materials. It affects the properties of the material, damages the structure of the cable, and is likely to cause danger of spontaneous combustion, and the resistivity of the cable increases with the increase of temperature, which will waste electric energy

Embodiment Construction

[0017] Exemplary embodiments of the disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although exemplary embodiments of the disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided for thorough understanding of this disclosure, and for fully conveying the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

[0018] Such as figure 1 As shown, a high heat dissipation cable is provided, which includes: a plurality of cable cores, a heat conduction layer 30 , a heat dissipation sheath 50 and an outer sheath 60 from inside to outside.

[0019] M cable cores are used in the cable, where M is greater than or equal to 3, and six cable cores are exemplarily set in the cable in this application, but the value of M is not limited thereto. Each cable core is composed of a conductor 10...

Abstract

The invention provides a high heat radiation cable. The cable comprises M cable cores, a heat conducting layer (30), a heat radiation sheath (50) and an external sheath (60) which are arranged from inside to outside in turn, wherein M>=3. The heat conducting layer (30) wraps the periphery of the cable cores, and the heat conducting layer (30) is provided with an internal layer contacting the cablecores and an external layer relative to the internal layer. The high heat radiation cable is characterized in that the internal layer and the external layer of the heat conducting layer (30) form theM-pointed-start-shaped fractal image in the cross section perpendicular to the length direction of the cable, the M-pointed start shape includes M acute angles pointing to the outside of the cable cores and M blunt angles pointing to the inside of the cable cores, and the perimeter ratio of the fractal image to the M-pointed start shape is greater than the area ratio of the fractal image to the M-pointed start shape. The heat conducting layer having the specific shape is arranged in the cable so that the heat radiation performance of the cable can be effectively increased without increasing the diameter of the cable, the problem of damage to the cable caused by poor heat radiation can be avoided, the risk of spontaneous combustion of the cable can be reduced, and the waste of electric energy caused by the increasing cable resistivity along with temperature increasing can also be effectively avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of electric power transmission, and more specifically, relates to a high heat dissipation cable. Background technique [0002] Cable is a wire product capable of transmitting electric energy, electric signal and realizing electromagnetic energy conversion, and has a wide range of uses in production and life. A cable can be a rope-like cable made of twisted wires or groups of wires, each wire or group of wires is insulated from each other, and the entire outside is covered with a highly insulating covering. Most of the cables are erected in the air or installed underground or underwater for telecommunications or power transmission; some existing cables have large current flux and high voltage, so they generate a lot of heat for a long time, which is easy to fatigue the cable structure and packaging materials. It affects the properties of the material, damages the cable structure, and easily leads t...
