The lubricant has advantages that the problem of highfriction coefficient of graphite-free lubricants is improved, and an environment-friendly water-based clay lubricant which is uniform in dispersion, easy to spray, resistant to high temperature, effective in lubrication, easy in cleaning and free of pollution is provided for hot-rolling seamless pipes.
