Abstract

The invention discloses a control method helpful to rapid temperature rising of a diesel engine. The diesel engine is provided with a pressurization front gas inlet pipe, a pressurization rear gas inlet pipe, a pressurizer, a vortex front exhaust pipe, a vortex rear exhaust pipe, an after-treatment box, an after-treatment exhaust pipe and a control device. The after-treatment exhaust pipe communicates with the pressurization front gas inlet pipe through a communicating pipe, and the communicating pipe is provided with a valve. The control device is in communication connection with a first temperature sensor used for detecting the exhaust temperature of the after-treatment exhaust pipe. After the diesel engine is started, when the exhaust temperature of the after-treatment exhaust pipe is 120-150 DEG C lower than a first temperature, the valve is switched on through the control device. Tail gas enters the pressurization front gas inlet pipe through the communicating pipe, and the temperature rising process of the cold-state NRTC is shortened; a SCR system enters the urea jetting state as early as possible; NOx emission at the stage is further reduced; and NOx emission conversion efficiency, achieved under the low-temperature circumstance, of the SCR after-treatment system is improved.
