Abstract

The invention discloses a solution color sensor. The sensor comprises a cassette, an observation vessel and a photoelectric transducer. The cassette is provided with a through hole. The observation vessel and the photoelectric transducer, which directly face to each other, are arranged in the cassette. The observation vessel adopts a transparent sealing plate and a vessel wall is provided with anopening used for connecting a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe pass through a through hole and then are extended to the external portion of thecassette. The photoelectric transducer is formed by a cold light source and a measurement electrode with a current frequency converter. Under a cold light source effect, the measurement electrode carries out color detection on a solution to be measured which is introduced by the water inlet pipe in the observation vessel, acquires a detection signal and converts into an electric signal formed by values on R, G and B channels, and then outputs. In the invention, solution color dynamic measurement can be completed, the maintenance cost of the sensor is reduced, the sensor is not interfered by ambient light, detection precision is high, cost is low and the structure is reliable.
