The observation vessel adopts a transparent sealing plate and a vessel wall is provided with anopening used for connecting a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe pass through a through hole and then are extended to the external portion of thecassette. The photoelectric transducer is formed by a cold light source and a measurement electrode with a current frequency converter. Under a cold light source effect, the measurement electrode carries out color detection on a solution to be measured which is introduced by the water inlet pipe in the observation vessel, acquires a detection signal and converts into an electric signal formed by values on R, G and B channels, and then outputs.
