Embodiment Construction

[0070] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0071] Such as Figure 1-5 As shown, a method for testing the stress-strain relationship of concrete under uniaxial tension by acoustic emission, the steps are as follows:

[0072] Step 1: Build the test system such as figure 2 As shown, the concrete specimen for the three-point bending fracture test was prepared, the size of which was 400mm×100mm×100mm, and a prefabricated incision was made on the specimen, the depth of the incision was 30mm, and the width of the incision was about 3mm. The HP-DJ8X25 dynamic signal acquisition and analysis system is adopted, and the strain gauges are arranged in the middle of the specimen, above the incision, on two sides, three on each side, and the arrangement positions are detailed in image 3 . Adopt the PCI-2 type acoustic emission monitoring instrument of American PAC Company to monitor the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing concrete uniaxial tensile stress strain relationship through sound emission. The method comprises the following steps: performing three-point bending fracture test on a concrete beam, and monitoring material damage and strain development in the crack development and evolution process in a fracture process area by using a sound emission tester and a strain tester respectively; according to the initial gap length, the critical fracture process area length, the loading total time and the fracture initiation time, determining the time t required by thewhole destruction process of the first critical fracture process area; according to the sound emission characteristic of material damage and evolution within the time t, fitting a relation expressionbetween a material damage factor and fracture process area strain development within the time t and establishing a damage factor expression taking strain as internal variable so as to obtain a concrete uniaxial tensile stress strain relationship model. The method provided by the invention has important application value in developing concrete constitutive theory and test research thereof.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a concrete structure damage monitoring method, in particular to a method for acoustic emission testing of concrete uniaxial tensile stress-strain relationship. Background technique [0002] The stress-strain relationship of concrete is the basic theory of concrete structure analysis and engineering design, and plays a vital role in correctly evaluating the nonlinear mechanical behavior of concrete structures. At present, the one-dimensional damage constitutive model is relatively complete, but there is a lack of effective test methods to quantitatively monitor the evolution of material damage, that is, the concrete damage constitutive theory lacks corresponding test observation methods. [0003] The tensile stress-strain test method of concrete generally adopts the three-point bending fracture test, and the tensile stress-strain relationship is established with the concept of macroscopic fracture energy, ignoring the whole proc...
