The system comprises a plurality of service systems, a Hadoop distributed file system HDFS anda key management server KMS, wherein the service systems provide to-be-stored service data; the HDFS comprises a Name Node and Data Node; both the Name Node and the Data Node are connected with the service systems; the Name Node stores and provides a corresponding relationship between the to-be-stored data and the Data Node; the Data Node stores corresponding to-be-stored service data in the service systems; and the KMS is in communication connection with the Data Node and is used for providing a key for the Data Node and sending the key to the Data Node to encrypt / decrypt the to-be-stored service data.
