The PIFA antenna comprises a reflection floor, a feed network and a radiation unit, wherein the radiation unit comprises a metal plate body, a feed part, open circuit branches and a short circuit branch, the metal plate body comprises a feed end and a short circuit end, and a hollow part is formed in the metal plate body.The impedance bandwidth of the PIFA antenna is relevant with the distance between the reflection floor and the metal plate body, the impedance matching is optimized by virtue of the arranged open circuit branches and short circuit branch, and furthermore, curved current is formed on the metal plate body through the current by virtue of the arranged hollow part, so that the current path is lengthened; furthermore, a loop can be formed between the short circuit end and the feed end through the short circuit branch, so that the current path can be further lengthened; and the frequencies of signals received and emitted by the radiation unit are changed along the lengthening of the current path, so that the working frequency band of the radiation unit is reduced. Therefore, the volume of the PIFA antenna can be reduced when the frequency band is extended, so that the miniaturization of the indoor base station is promoted.
