The device comprises an oil tank, an oil inlet, an oil outlet, an oil tank heating device, an oil tank liquid level measuring device and a temperature measuring device, wherein the oil inlet is formed in the top of the oil tank while the oil outlet is formed in the bottom of the oil tank, an air and liquid mixer is disposed at the oil inlet, a liquid inlet of the air and liquid mixer is connected with an oil conveying pipe while an air inlet of the air and liquid mixer is connected with a nitrogen pipe, the oil tank is providedwith an inner layer and an outer layer, a closed insulation vacuum layer is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer, and the oil tank heating device, the oil tank liquid level measuring device and the temperature measuring device are arranged inside the oil tank. With arrangement of the air and liquid mixer, when edible oil flows past the liquid inlet of the air and liquid mixer, a negative pressure is formed at the air inlet of the air and liquid mixer, and nitrogen is then drawn from the air inlet to mix with the edible oil and then enters into the oil tank together with the edible oil, thereby preventing oxidization of the edible oil by oxygen and prolonging preservation time of the edible oil.
