Abstract

The invention relates to an annular flow liquid membrane separation and mass metering method. An adopted device comprises a permeation collecting system, a flow control system and a metering weighingsystem; the permeation collecting system comprises a porous permeation pipeline, a sleeve, a blow-down valve, a three-way valve and a control valve; the middle section of the porous permeation pipeline is a porous section and is located inside the sleeve, a flow guiding hole is formed in the lower portion of the sleeve, fluid permeating from the porous section flows out through the flow guiding hole, the fluid flows through the three-way valve and enters a water storage container of the metering weighing system after passing through the control valve, after liquid and gas separation is performed in the water storage container, gas is metered through the flow control system and exhausted, and liquid is stored in the water storage container. The flow control system comprises a float flowmeter and an exhaust valve. When gas and liquid two-phase fluids flow through the porous permeation pipeline, mass metering is performed on a separated liquid membrane; the exhaust amount is precisely controlled and metered, the liquid membrane can be completely collected, and the average flow rate of the liquid membrane is obtained.
