Abstract

The invention provides an urban discrete transportation network design method based on active safety. Transportation safety is affected by each stage of transportation system planning, design, construction and operation, the profound influence of transportation planning on shaping the transportation system is considered, and transportation safety should be paid enough attention to in the transportation planning stage. The urban discrete transportation network design method adopts speed coordination as a substitute index of a network security level, establishes a double-layer planning model ofurban discrete transportation network design, and advances active safety evaluation to a road network planning stage. The main steps include: (1) determining an active safety evaluation method based on speed coordination; (2) establishing the double-layer planning model of urban discrete transportation network design, in the model, upper level planning taking network security as a policy objectiveand lower level planning taking user equilibrium as behavior reaction of a policy; (3) adopting an iterative optimization algorithm to solve the model; and (4) describing specific embodiments based on a Nguyen-Dupuis network frequently used in transportation network analysis.
