A cutting motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the right side of a shell. A cutter blade is arranged at the output end of the cutting motor. A hollow rod is arranged at the bottom ofa connecting rod through a rotary shaft. A spraying nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the hollow rod.
