Problems solved by technology

According to incomplete statistics, the annual output of millet stalks in my country is nearly 700 million tons. Except for a small amount used as roughage for ruminants, most of them are directly burned, which not only causes waste of resources but also causes environmental pollution and soil compaction.
[0003] In the past, millet stalks were mainly used for direct feeding, which led to waste of nutrients, poor palatability and low feed intake, etc.
In recent years, people have done a lot of research on how to improve the palatability of millet straw feed and make full use of the nutritional value. However, there are deficiencies and shortcomings in both physical and chemical methods.

Embodiment 1

[0023] The preparation method of the millet stalk feed described in a best embodiment of the present invention comprises:

[0024] S1 cutting the millet stalk into sections to obtain 4 cm sized millet stalk fragments;

[0025] S2 Sterilize millet stalks through a crawler-type high-temperature chamber at 130°C for 50 minutes, and then irradiate them with electron beams at a dose of 18 kGy through an electron accelerator;

[0026] S3 adding water to the millet stalk fragments, and performing anaerobic fermentation with a microbial starter. Wherein, it is sufficient to add water to submerge the millet stalk fragments. The microbial starter comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of yeast, 2 parts of Bacillus subtilis, 1 part of lactic acid bacteria, 2 parts of white rot fungus, and 5 parts of Aspergillus niger. The temperature of fermentation is 30°C, and the fermentation time is 7 days;

[0027] After S4 fermentation is finished, add corn flour, cass...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of rice straw feed, which is designed for providing feed with good nutrition and palatability. The preparation method of the rice straw feed comprises thefollowing steps: S1, cutting rice straw into sections; S2, sterilizing the rice straw in a crawler-type high-temperature chamber for 20-50min at 110-130 DEG C, and performing electron beam irradiation according to an irradiation dose of 18kGy by using an electron accelerator; S3, adding water and a microbial fermentation agent into rice straw sections for anaerobic fermentation; S4, after completion of the fermentation, adding 5% of a mixture of corn flour, tapioca flour and high-gluten flour and 0.05% of table salt in terms of the total weight of the rice straw, uniformly stirring for mixing, and granulating to obtain feed granules; S5, spraying the feed granule with an antiseptic solution and a mildew-proof solution in a high-pressure spraying manner, and airing naturally to complete preparation of the feed. The feed prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can maintain and increase nutrients in the straw to the maximum extent and facilitates digestion of an animal.
