The mold base comprises a supporting table, inverted U-shaped mold top bases are fixed to the two sides of the top of thesupporting table through bolts, cooling box bodies are fixed to the tops of the U-shaped mold top bases, cooling liquid is contained in the cooling box bodies, circulation pumps are arranged at the bottoms in the cooling box bodies, U-shaped grooves matched with the U-shaped mold top bases in shape are formed in the U-shaped mold top bases, cooling copper pipes are inserted in the U-shaped groovesin a penetrating manner, two ends of the cooling copper pipes extend to the two sides of the cooling box bodies from lower portions of two sides of the U-shaped mold top bases, one ends of the cooling copper pipes are connected to the side walls of the cooling box bodies and communicate with the interiors of the cooling box bodies, and the other ends of the cooling copper pipes extend into the cooling box bodies and are connected with the water outlet ends of the circulation pumps.
