Abstract

The invention discloses a flexible display panel and a manufacture method thereof. The manufacture method of the flexible display panel comprises the following steps: a layer of gel is applied to a PI(polyimide) substrate, wherein the gel is doped with a light filter object which is used for absorbing laser in an ELA (excimer laser annealing) process; the gel is sintered to be solidified into a buffer layer; a semiconductor layer is formed on the buffer layer with the ELA process. On the basis, damage of the ELA process to the PI substrate can be reduced, and broken holes in the PI substrateare avoided.
