Problems solved by technology

However, for warehouses with relatively low levels of intelligent construction, resource utilization and work efficiency are low, especially for transfer stations on railways, where the volume of incoming and outgoing freight is large, there are various types of goods, and the inventory cycle is short. The difficulty of modernized construction is increasing. Obtaining information such as the amount of inventory in the warehouse and how much storage space is left is still done manually. It is easy to cause untimely information acquisition and large errors, causing great troubles to warehouse management and warehouse resource allocation and utilization.

Abstract

The invention discloses a storage space recognition management system based on vision. The system comprises a warehouse information management center, cameras, a network switch and a base station; thenetwork switch is connected with the cameras and the base station; the base station is connected with the warehouse information management center; the base station is an image processing workstation;the four cameras are installed in each warehouse position; each warehouse position is a rectangular region; and the cameras are installed over center points corresponding to four boundary lines; thecameras are located above center points of all boundaries; and the regions shot by the cameras are divided into effective regions and ineffective regions. After images are acquired by the base station, the images acquired by each camera form a group, and four groups are formed in total; the residual ground regions capable of stacking cargos in the corresponding warehouse regions are distinguished;and the areas are calculated. According to the system, the problem of low warehouse resource utilization efficiency caused by non-timely area information of the residual cargo stacking regions in a warehouse in warehouse management is solved, so that various errors caused by manual reasons are avoided; and logistics transportation allocation is carried out in time, so that the warehouse resourcesare efficiently utilized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics warehouse management, and in particular relates to a vision-based storage space identification management system. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of the economy, the logistics volume is gradually increasing, which promotes the construction of intelligent warehouses. At present, some warehouses have achieved a certain degree of intelligent construction or transformation, and resource utilization and efficiency have been greatly improved. Obtaining information such as the amount of inventory in the warehouse and ...
