Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the advent of the global energy crisis, wind power-based new energy power generation methods have begun to be connected to the grid. However, due to continuous fluctuations in wind speed, wind power output is also constantly changing, and the impact on the stable operation of the power grid is also increasing.
With the continuous increase of the proportion of large-capacity wind turbines in the power grid and the improvement of users' requirements for power quality, the impact of wind power output fluctuations on the grid frequency stability can no longer be ignored. The problem of grid frequency stability is becoming more and more important. Security becomes a huge challenge
In order to ensure the stability of the power grid operation, it is the key to analyze and study the system frequency change. Establishing the frequency response model of the power system including wind power is the first condition to study the system frequency change. The research direction is to establish a system frequency response model for machine shedding and load shedding. In fact, the fluctuation of wind power output is also an important factor affecting frequency stability, but there are few reports

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for establishing a grid frequency response equivalent model considering wind power fluctuation. The model is established by using the inertia time constant, governor response time and governor sagging coefficient of the traditional unit. The method includes three steps as 1) ignoring the power network structure, establishing a synchronous unit equivalent model according to inertia time constant of a traditional generator set, equalizing the governor structure as a first-order inertia link, connecting the link into a synchronous machine equivalent model, and constructing a complete power system frequency response equivalent model; 2) simplifying the wind power output to a sinusoidal output, and obtaining the system frequency change rule under the wind powerfluctuation; 3) utilizing the sinusoidal output of the wind turbine to carry out the parameter identification of the equivalent model. The invention realizes the establishment of the equivalent modelof the frequency response of the power system under the condition that the wind turbine is under the grid-connected operation. The influence of the wind power fluctuation on the system frequency is considered, so that the model can be applied to the system of the wind power under the grid-connected operation.
