The spraying dust-suppression device mainly comprises a steel pipe, a steel plate, a deformed bar, two joints and a hose. Specifically, as the body of the device, the steel pipe with the diameter being 108mm and the length being 600mm are plugged from two sides, and the internal space of the steel pipe serves as an air and water mixing area of the device. A plurality of holes with diameter phi being 4mm are drilled in the surface of the steel pipe to achieve spraying; a hole with diameter phi being 20mm is drilled at one plugged end, the steel pipe with diameter phi being 20mm and the length being 150mm is welded to the hole so as to facilitate feeding of air and water. The two joints are welded to the steel pipe and respectively connected with an air pressure pipe anda water supply pipe. In application of the spraying dust-suppression device, an air pressure pipe valve is turned on and then a water supply pipe valve is turned on to form air and water pressure linkage; under the air and water pressure linkage, a spraying effect covering the full cross section of a tunnel is achieved.
