Problems solved by technology

Developing and designing a photovoltaic module that uses directly as roof tiles is a cost-saving solution to popularize photovoltaic power plants. However, in actual use, its waterproofness has not been effectively solved.
The Chinese invention patent with the application number of 201810859657.1 discloses a method of preventing water leakage by setting flash edges. However, in actual operation, it is found that if the waterproof requirements are to be met, the shape tolerance and dimensional tolerance of the flash edges are required to be relatively high, which greatly increases the manufacturing cost. Difficulty and production costs

Embodiment Construction

[0031] Below in conjunction with specific embodiment, content of the present invention is described in further detail, figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 A schematic diagram of assembly in an embodiment of the connection buckle used for the photovoltaic module frame in the present invention, and a structural schematic diagram of the left and right fasteners of its constituent parts are respectively shown. like figure 1 As shown in , the connecting buckle is composed of a left engaging part 2 and a right engaging part 3 . A first photovoltaic panel placement groove 21 is opened on the left fastener 2, and a second photovoltaic panel placement groove 31 is opened on the right fastener 3. The first photovoltaic panel placement groove 21 is connected with the second photovoltaic panel The placement grooves 31 are arranged opposite to each other. A flow guiding groove 22 is also arranged on the left engaging part 2 . A diversion groove 22 is also arranged on the left engaging mem...

Abstract

The invention relates to a connecting snap joint for a photovoltaic assembly frame. The connecting snap joint is composed of a left clamping part and a right clamping part. A guide slot is also formedin the left clamping part. The bottom wall of the guide slot is arranged obliquely upward and a bump is arranged at the tail end of the top wall of the guide slot; correspondingly, a groove matched with the bump is formed in the right clamping part. An upward inclined flash is arranged on the right clamping part, is inserted into the guide slot and divides the guide slot into the first guide slotand the second guide slot. The tail end of the flash leans against the top wall of the guide slot, and an anti-seepage flash which is vertically downward is arranged at the tail end of the flash. Therefore, the vast majority of accumulated water is exported from the outer surface of the connecting snap joint and a small amount of leaked accumulated water can meet the drainage demand only throughthe first guide slot. When the displacement is relatively great, the second guide slot also plays a role. More importantly, the anti-seepage flash is arranged at the tail end of the flash, so as to prevent a water flow from leaking into a building effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic module manufacturing, in particular to a connection buckle for a photovoltaic module frame. Background technique [0002] The development of distributed photovoltaic power plants has become a mainstream application direction in the solar energy industry. Conventional modules are generally built on the roofs that have been built. The double cost of photovoltaic power plants and roof original building materials and double construction have brought about cost increases. Developing and designing a photovoltaic module that uses it directly as roof tiles is a cost-saving solution to popularize photovoltaic power plants. However, in actual use, its waterproofness has not been effectively resolved. The Chinese invention patent with the application number of 201810859657.1 discloses a method of preventing water leakage by setting flash edges. However, in actual operation, it is found that if the water...
