Abstract

According to the invention, safety film oil is evaporated onto a copying roll and is then transferred to a relief block pattern of a printing roll through the copying roll. The safetyfilm oil is printed on the base film through the relief block pattern. An oil layer corresponding to a blank portion of the metalized film is formed and the oil layer is uniform.
