The pumping system comprises an over-water operation platform, a silt suction pipe, electric stirrers, a mud conveyingpipe, a detection sensor assembly, a speed adjustment device and a control system. The detection sensor assembly and the speed adjustment device are arranged on the over-water operation platform. Thesilt suction pipe communicates with a silt discharging system. The electric stirrers are arranged on the lower portion of the silt suction pipe and are in removable contact with silt and mud. The speed adjustment device and the electric stirrers are connected with the control system. The detection sensor assembly is connected with the control system.
