The sealing wall surface connected with the fly ash injecting main pipeline is provided with a plurality of operating holes, that is, the position of the sealing wall, close to the top, is provided with a grout vent hole. A drilled grout hole is right below the grout vent hole. The left side and the right side of the drilled grout hole are provided with two fly ash injecting holes.
