Abstract

The device comprises a mouse cage type elastic support part and a piezoelectric module; the piezoelectric module is fixed on the mouse cage type elastic support part; and the mouse cage type elastic support part is provided with multiple even mouse cage bars with the same geometric sizes. The piezoelectric module comprises distributive piezoelectric chips, circuit resistors and connecting circuits; and the piezoelectric chips are arranged on the outer sides of allthe mouse cage bars, and are placed on root parts connected with fastening flanges and on root parts connected with bearings. Outer side electrodes of the piezoelectric chips are connected into the circuit resistors; the circuit resistors comprise three types of a resistance type, an inductance-resistance type and a negative capacitance-resistance type; the circuit resistors and the piezoelectricchips are connected through the connecting circuits; and connecting modes comprise a branched circuit mode or a network circuit mode.
