The present application belongs to the technical field of
biomass gasification, and particularly relates to a method and
system for preparing SAF synthetic gas based on a
bubbling fluidized bed. The
system comprises, in sequence, a
bubbling fluidized bed gasifier, a
cyclone separator, a hot catalytic
filtration-reforming integrated device, a reconfigurable dry deep purification unit, and a
water gas shift and CO2 removal and recycling unit. At least two
layers of gasification agent nozzles are arranged on the axial sides of the
freeboard area of the gasifier. The reconfigurable dry deep purification unit is provided with a plurality of switchable adsorption beds, and is configured with an
online analysis and
program control system based on synthetic gas
impurity fingerprints. The
water gas shift and CO2 removal and recycling unit is provided with a CO2 return
pipe for conveying part of the removed CO2 to the
freeboard area. The present application can long-term and stably output synthetic gas meeting the requirements of a SAF synthetic catalyst by means of a systematic strategy of
tar source inhibition, purification
bed sequence reconfiguration according to
impurity spectrum, and ratio adjustment and
heat management linkage.
