Abstract

The invention discloses an imperfect cigarette softening treatment method which comprises the following steps: moistening cigarette with water by using a nano atomization technique; dividing the moistened cigarette into a cigarette part and a filter tip part through centrifugal screening; separating the cigarette part from the filter tip part, and separating the cigarette part into tobacco shredsand cigarette paper. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, softening process is achieved through the nano atomization technique, tobacco shred crushing in the processing processcan be reduced, meanwhile, the moistening processing intensity can be reduced by using the nano atomization technique, the later drying intensity can be reduced, the quality of recycled tobacco shreds can be ensured, and in addition, the method is applicable to cigarette of different specifications and types.
