The method comprises the steps of raw material mixing, wetting, pelletizing, roasting, cooling and finished product grading. Specifically, iron concentrate powder, a binder and a calcium-containing flux are sequentially subjected to raw material mixing, wetting, pelletizing, roasting and finished product grading and thus the low-silicon fluxed pellets are obtained. The pellets produced through the method comprise 2.0-2.5% of SiO2, and 1.0-1.2% of CaO / SiO2, and the compressive strength of each pellet is greater than or equal to 2500 N. The low-silicon fluxed pellets produced through the method are high in compression resistance and excellent in metallurgical property, can be used as the quality raw materials for blast furnaces, and the basis is provided for the blast furnacesto increase the pellet adding proportion, improve the in-furnace grade and decrease the slag ratio.
