The invention relates to a long-acting slow release 
fertilizer special for tomatoes and a preparation method thereof. The long-acting slow release 
fertilizer special for tomatoes disclosed by the invention comprises the following components in parts by 
mass: 230 parts of 
nitrogen fertilizer active ingredients, 120 parts of 
phosphorus fertilizer active ingredients, 10 parts of 
potassium fertilizeractive ingredients, 92-100 parts of 
bentonite and 7-9 parts of a long-acting compound fertilizer additive, wherein the 
bentonite contains 85-90 percent by 
mass of 
montmorillonite; and the long-actingcompound fertilizer additive comprises the following components in parts by 
mass: 2-8 parts of quinhydrone, 3-25 parts of dicyandiamide, 0.1-0.8 part of complex 
rare earth and 70-95 parts of 
zeolite powder. The invention further provides a preparation method of the long-acting slow release fertilizer special for tomatoes. By applying the long-acting slow release fertilizer special for tomatoes disclosed by the invention, 
crop yield is increased by over 20 percent, and quality is enhanced remarkably. 
Nitrogen utilization ratio and 
phosphorus utilization ratio are increased greatly; and moreover, the long-acting slow release fertilizer special for tomatoes disclosed by the invention is safe for human beings, 
livestock and crops, and residues in soil and crops are avoided.
