Grape planting method

The invention discloses a grape planting method. Grapes are prevented from being directly irradiated by sunlight by a shed frame cultivation mode, racks are erected to fix grape seedlings to enable branches to grow vertically, the branches are illuminated averagely, grape branches and leaves are assisted to be away from the ground and are prevented from being damaged by bacteria, furrow application of fertilizers is implemented, rooting of grape branch seedlings is facilitated, after field planting is finished, a relation between growth and fruit setting is regulated, nutrients of tree bodies, water supply and illumination conditions are regulated, the growth speed of grape trees is increased, fruit setting is implemented ahead of time, the purpose of high yield is achieved, a urea nitrogen mixed solution is compounded and is sprayed on main vines and side vines of grapes, the period of dormancy is shortened, nutrients are provided for grape branches, sprouting is facilitated, air temperature and humidity and soil humidity in a greenhouse are severely controlled, and vain growth of the grape seedlings is prevented. The grape planting method comprises detailed steps and is simple to operate; the fruit setting rate and the product quality of the grapes can be improved effectively; the appearances of the grapes are attractive; the quality is good; and the nutritional value is high.

Carbon coupled stable compound fertilizer and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to compound (mixed) fertilizers, in particular to a carbon coupled stable compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The fertilizer is prepared from a nitrogen fertilizer (urea nitrogen fertilizer), a phosphorus fertilizer, a potassium fertilizer, biochemical inhibitors (namely a urase inhibitor and / or a nitrification inhibitor) and a carbon source. Urea serves asthe nitrogen fertilizer; the phosphorus fertilizer comprises calcium superphosphate and triple superphosphate; the potassium fertilizer comprises potassium chloride and potassium sulfate, and a weightpart ratio of the nitrogen fertilizer, the phosphorus fertilizer, the potassium fertilizer, the biochemical inhibitors and the carbon source is 1:(0.3-0.5):(0.8-1):(0.001-0.1):(0.1-0.3). By adding ofa certain quantity of the carbon source into the fertilizer, the nitrogen fertilizer release time is prolonged while the nitrogen fertilizer release rate is decreased, slow and steady fertilizer efficiency is realized, various nutrition demands of crops in different growth stages are met, contradiction between crop fertilizer demands and soil fertilizer supply is solved, greenhouse gas emission and nitrogen leaching are reduced, and the compound fertilizer is a novel carbon coupled stable compound fertilizer.

The invention belongs to the field of pharmacotherapeutics, and particularly relates to application of 18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid (or salt) for serving as an auxiliary treating drug capable of easing acute kidney injury caused by a chemotherapeutic drug, namely cis-platinum, wherein the 18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid (or salt) is one of the main components of liquorice. The cis-platinum serves as a commonly-used chemotherapy drug, and clinical application thereof is restricted by kidney toxicity thereof. The levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the acute kidney injury induced by the cis-platinum can be inhibited by the18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid, expression of KIM-1 injured protein is lowered, and apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells caused by the cis-platinum is inhibited. According to the application of the 18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid (or salt) for serving as the auxiliary treating drug capable of easing the acute kidney injury caused by the chemotherapeutic drug, namely the cis-platinum, the effect that the 18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid has a protecting effect on the acute kidney injury caused by the cis-platinum is discovered for the first time, a mechanism of the 18 beta-glycyrrhetinic acid is related to inhibiting of apoptosis of the renal tubular epithelial cells, and a novel potential drug is provided for Chinese medicine anti-cancer adjuvant therapy.
