Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional non-orthogonal ultrasonic array wind measurement device with the adjacent distance between transducer groups. A main control board receives a measurement command send by an upper computer, and then a cycle of three-dimensional wind speed and direction measurement is started again. A main control board measures the temperature and humidity for the calibration of sound velocity. After calibration, the main control board generates a square wave drive signal, and transmits the square wave drive signal to a transmitting and receiving board for controllingthe mission of an excitation signal. The excitation signal excites an ultrasonic transducer to emit an ultrasonic wave and the ultrasonic wave propagates in the air with the wind speed information toreach a receiving transducer and then an echo signal is generated. The echo signal is conditioned by an echo conditioning circuit, and then is transmitted to the main control board. The main controlboard performs the ADC collection and quantification, and then extracts the transmission time information of the corresponding ultrasonic wave in the air, so that the wind speed components in four directions are calculated. Finally, the wind speed and direction in a three-dimensional space are solved through the wind speed components of three pairs of on-loop transducers in three directions, and ameasurement result is detected through the wind speed component measured by one pair of transducers at the circle center.
