Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous variable quantum key distribution based submarine communication system and an implementation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of underwater communication. Through the cooperation of a system modulated by a first laser, a first electro-optic intensity modulator, a second electro-optic intensity modulator, a first electro-optical phase modulator, an attenuator and a first collimator of a sending end, optical signals can be output and enter a receiving end; and a second laser generates local vibration light which can enter a homodyne detectorwith the optical signals output by the sending end to perform detection through the modulation of a third electro-optic intensity modulator and a second electro-optical phase modulator, so that a safe key can be established within an effective distance. The system and method apply a continuous variable quantum key distribution technology to free space submarine communication, so that the weaknessof simple underwater optical communication with short distances can be overcome, and system security can be guaranteed; and a point to point transmission mode for free space equipment and underwaterequipment and an information transmission mode between multiple underwater equipment which takes the free space equipment as transfer stations can be provided.
