Abstract

The embodiment of the application discloses a device operation optimization method and system, thereby realizing optimization of the device operation. The method comprises: target parameters and controllable parameters of device operation are obtained, wherein at least two controllable parameters are obtained; a correlation coefficient matrix of the controllable parameters is calculated; a featurevalue and a feature vector of the correlation coefficient matrix are calculated; according to the feature value and the feature vector of the correlation coefficient matrix, principal components of the controllable parameters are determined by using a principal component analysis method and a principal component evaluation model is generated; a load factor matrix is calculated according to the principal components in the controllable parameters; the load factor matrix is substituted into the principal component evaluation model reversely and a target correlation coefficient is screened; and afunctional relational expression between the target parameter and a target controllable parameter is determined by using a multivariate polynomial. Therefore, a multivariate polynomial function is fitted by using the target controllable parameter as an independent variable and the target parameter as a dependent variable, so that the optimization of the device operation is realized.

Description
