The method comprises the following steps: (1) completely soaking fresh tea leaves in an acinetobacter calcoaceticus liquid (room temperature is 25 DEG C, bacterial liquid temperature is 30 DEG C) for 24-36h; (2) spreading the soaked tea leaves on drainable equipment,repeatedly conducting spray cleaning with clean water, and then placing the cleaned tea leaves in a spin-washing air drying device for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 25-30 DEG C; and (3) thinly spreading the dried tea leaves on a tea rack for airing, and carrying out subsequent processing on the aired tea leaves by a fixation process.
