A high-voltage power supply parallel current sharing system the high-voltage power supply comprising a plurality of high-voltage power supplies connected in parallel. The system comprises a pluralityof parallel current sharing devices one-to-one connected with a plurality of high-voltage power supplies, wherein, each parallel current sharing device comprises a parallel current sharing circuit respectively connected with a current sharing bus bar and a master / slave setting circuit, and an output voltage sampling circuit and a reference circuit connected with the parallel current sharing circuit. The master / slave setting circuit is used for setting one of the plurality of parallel current sharing devices as a master; a parallel current sharing device as a host for determining a driving signal for forming an output voltage based on a voltage reference signal supplied from a reference circuit and an output voltage sampling signal collected by the output voltage sampling circuit, and the switching frequency signal is transmitted to other parallel current sharing devices.
