The control device is configured to obtain a flow generation request, determine a target flow generation tool configured to generate flow in a plurality of preset flow generation tools according to parameter information included in the flow generation request, generate a control file according to the file generation request and issue the control file to the target flow generation tool; and the flow generation device is configured to receive the control file, employ the target flow generation tool according to the control file and generate a target flow corresponding to theflow generation request.
